deff had a midnight snack of like 43 almonds.. so i spilt it with 22 yesterday and 22 today.
today;
breakfast:
1 egg,1 egg white, poached.
half a piece of 14 grain bread.
.25 of a grapefruit.
22 almonds.
lunch.:
popcorn with cumin and cayne pepper
celery, cucumber, and tuna salad
